- MANAGEMENT OF PROFIT CENTER
- Putting together, sales and marketing strategies, and implementing desired action to achieve the top line and bottom-line planned for the SBU, taking overall targets into account, in order to exploit the market potentials of new and existing aftermarket optimally.

- IMPLEMENTATION OF MARKETING/SALES CONCEPTS
- Supporting sales organizations in existing and new markets, agreeing measures and targets for the achievement of agreed sales and marketing concepts, taking optimum logistics/Supply Chain into account, in order to develop market potentials/sales and exploit yield potentials as well as possible and compliment these strategies with Product Management initiatives.

- BUSINESS PLAN
- Planning, agreeing and passing the sales budget and cost budget, specifying the advertising budget in cooperation with the sales companies, agencies and customers / target group marketing in order to influence defined target groups, secure the best possible exploitation of market potentials and secure achievement of the agree targets

- REPORTS
- Analysis of Sales Controlling data in the markets and deriving measures for the further development of critical programs and products and sales system in order to exploit sales and yield potential as well as possible

- BUSINESS COORDINATION
- Picking up on ideals, information and problems from sales team and customers in order to guarantee that acceptable solutions are agreed and carried out within the support departments of the organization.

- HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
- Leadership with target setting and delegation, selection, qualification and further development of employees on the basis of a culture of trust, checking effectiveness, in order to develop and balance out potentials and promote individual competence and achieve department and company targets.

- Graduate Engineer (Electronics, Mechanical or Automotive) and an MBA with 5-12 years of total experience profit centre management in an automotive aftermarket industry in India.

- Experience in managing Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, HR in an Aftermarket environment

- Good knowledge on automotive industry.,
